About Strategic Security Services

Spencer Murphy is the founder and owner of Strategic Security Services TX, LLC. A proud Texas native, Spencer was born in Dallas and raised in Austin, where he graduated from Crockett High School in 2005.

At age 17, Spencer joined the United States Navy and served aboard the USS Ronald Reagan (CVN-76). During his service, he completed multiple deployments and had the opportunity to travel internationally, experiences that helped shape his commitment to service, leadership, and helping others.

After returning home, Spencer began working in the security industry while pursuing a path toward law enforcement. Over time, he realized he could make a greater impact within the private sector, leading him to build experience in both the towing and security industries.

In August 2022, Spencer founded Strategic Security Services TX, LLC, launching the company with a focus on patrol and guard services throughout Central Texas. Since then, he has worked to grow the company through professionalism, accountability, and a strong commitment to client relationships.

Spencer has built Strategic Security Services on a foundation of honesty, transparency, and community involvement. He strongly believes in open communication and maintaining a forward-thinking approach with both clients and the communities the company serves.

Alexana “Alex” Martinez joined Strategic Security Services TX, LLC in January 2023, shortly after the company was established. Since then, she has played an important role in supporting daily operations, employee relations, scheduling, and administrative coordination.

Alex brings a strong customer service background, with experience as a pharmacy technician and roles within both retail and corporate environments. Her professional experience has strengthened her communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, allowing her to effectively support both employees and clients.

In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Alex is a Licensed Level II Security Officer and a Licensed Private Investigator, allowing her to assist in operational and investigative functions when needed.

Known for her dedication to the company, Alex is often among the first to volunteer for site coverage when staffing support is needed. Despite ongoing health challenges, she remains committed to supporting the team, clients, and company operations whenever possible.

Her professionalism, reliability, and willingness to step in where needed reflect the values of Strategic Security Services TX, LLC.

Brandon Kaye rejoined Strategic Security Services TX, LLC on November 20, 2024, bringing with him a strong technical background and a diverse skill set that supports the company’s growing operational needs.

Brandon holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and has earned eight certifications in industrial maintenance for manufacturing, giving him experience in both technical systems and hands-on problem solving.

After returning to Strategic Security Services, Brandon initially served in a dispatch role, helping support field operations and communication needs. As the company expanded and established a dedicated dispatch team, Brandon transitioned into the role of IT Support Manager.

In his current position, Brandon oversees technology support, troubleshooting, and internal system management, helping ensure company equipment, software, and communication platforms remain reliable and operational. His technical knowledge and behind-the-scenes support play an important role in keeping daily operations running efficiently.

Allen Kieke was born in Austin, Texas, and raised in Bastrop, Texas, and Carmel, Indiana. While living in Carmel, he participated in the Carmel Police Department Teen Academy and later attended the J. Everett Light Career Center’s Law Enforcement program, completing his studies in 2015.

Allen began his career in the private security field in April 2022, starting as a security officer and quickly transitioning into patrol operations. In 

December 2022, he became a commissioned security officer, expanding his responsibilities and authority within the field.

In February 2025, Allen joined Strategic Security Services TX, LLC, where he initially worked Guard Services before moving into patrol operations. In his role, he focuses on proactive security presence, property protection, and enforcement of client rules, including the removal of unauthorized individuals from private property.

Through consistent performance and demonstrated leadership, Allen was promoted to the rank of Corporal, serving as a Patrol Supervisor. He continues to develop his skills and experience within the security profession while working toward future advancement in law enforcement.
