Deterrent Patrols
Our patrol units provide a highly visible, strategic deterrent to criminal activity. We deploy marked and unmarked vehicles equipped with high-visibility lighting, GPS tracking, and onboard dash cameras to monitor and document activity in real time.
Patrol officers:

All patrol officers wear Axon body-worn cameras while on duty, with footage securely managed through a CJIS-compliant evidence-management system.

Fire watch patrols are generally documented hourly, with each log supported by a time- and date-stamped photograph containing latitude and longitude coordinates. Detailed records are maintained for management and fire-code compliance.
Emergency coverage is available 24/7 when needed.
Alarm & Key Access
Our trained security officers respond to alarm activations 24/7, conduct exterior and interior checks when authorized, and determine whether signs of suspicious activity, forced entry, fire, or another emergency are present.
Each response is documented through our dispatch and reporting system. When necessary, officers coordinate with law enforcement, fire, EMS, property management, or designated contacts. Secure keyholder services are also available, allowing authorized access without requiring management to respond personally after hours.
